Hayley is our leader when it comes to all things tech. She who is known for being patient and cool-headed. She approaches every task with an entrepreneurial mindset to provide thoughtful solutions and develop agile processes. After starting at Champ as an Account Manager in 2019, she quickly ran website builds, designs and UX audits independently – finding a solid footing in all things technology. Hayley can translate technical details to clients and bring requests to developers with clear technical strategy in support of client priorities. Hayley’s background includes event planning, account management, customer service and research. Prior to joining Champ, Hayley worked for Forrester Research, helping enterprise level companies develop their field marketing strategies at Forrester Events. She graduated from Babson College in 2016 with a business degree and concentrations in Marketing and Legal Studies. In her free time, Hayley enjoys cooking for friends and family, taking spin classes by Harvard Square and watching old movies on TCM.
