Mike comes to Champ with over 15 years of experience in operations and management. In fact, he began coding websites for local businesses in his hometown at just 14 years old. Prior to his time with us, Mike helped grow businesses through a blend of people-first business development strategies and technology. 

Mike is known for his ability to meticulously execute a vision and creatively solve problems. He is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in a wide set of skills, including leadership, strategy, finance, sales, consulting, digital marketing, and more. He started his own business Chicago Digital in 2009, which ultimately became a part of Antenna Group in 2017.

Although he is a Chicago native, he is currently based in Charleston, SC with his wife and daughter. When he’s not working or thinking up ideas for his next business, Mike loves to play games of any kind, especially strategy board games, and listen to Fall Out Boy.
