CELLINI PRESS RELEASE
NEWTON, MA (February 23, 2017) – Champ Internet Solutions, a full-service marketing agency specializing in web design and development, digital marketing and brand strategy, announced the launch of a new website designed and developed for Cellini Jewelers, a New York City based luxury jewelry and watch retailer.
The new responsive website does a superior job of highlighting all of Cellini’s offerings with photography, detailed descriptions, and a unique filtering and product cataloging system. As a leader in the high-end watch and jewelry industry, it was imperative that their website emulated the feel of visiting the store in person. The new website has a clean, uncluttered design alongside improved functionality.
As a New York institution for over 40 years, Cellini offers an extensive collection of fine jewelry and an unsurpassed selection of the world’s most innovative watch brands. Our main goal was to create a luxurious shopping and ecommerce experience for customers to browse and purchase with ease.
“Thanks to the new contact form on the site, [a customer] was able to easily request [a] price,” exclaimed Creative Director Samantha Hickey. “A representative spoke to her this morning and she just came in to the store now and purchased it! Thank you all for your hard work to make this site really awesome! It is already starting to pay off and I am so excited for the future!”
The website required extensive e-commerce work, incorporating a completely customized filtering system and multiple payment systems. Champ created specific functionalities exclusively for the website, including several product sorting options and search customizations. The site was also optimized with detailed keyphrase research. Champ will continue providing ongoing support for product uploads and updates, as well as continued catalog additions and seasonal revisions. User experience updates will roll out continuously.
Part of Champ’s work on the website was to incorporate SEO best practices to increase Cellini’s online presence. Amongst other efforts, Champ imported over 200 blog posts from Blogger into a new CMS system that will now use the content to aid in better overall search results for Cellini.
