Our core team is directly involved in every project we undertake. However, we don’t claim to have a large staff (nor do we wish to house them all in a high-rise). We like working smart and lean. That means if your particular project calls for a marketing strategist, a comic-style illustrator and a clever copywriter, we can assemble the team that’s right for you. Then again, if your service is highly technical, complicated, or extremely niche, we’ll put together an entirely different group of people. We believe in hiring the right people for the right job. At Champ, we don’t expect you to pay for anything but results. We know you’re not starting your web project for the creativity or fun of it (although we’ll make that happen too).
